Finally, while browsing through the Chiangmaihouse website, he found a house that caught his eye and made an appointment.  Tong met my husband at his hotel and took him to see the house.  Tong was very accommodating and helpful and my husband bought the house on first sight. (I flew to Chiangmai to see the place the next day.) 

Since Chiangmaihouse has been in the business for many years now, Tong and his staff have a very good understanding of what clients need. I recently moved to Chiang mai and was searching for a house to rent. I had very specific criteria I.e in the city , close to public transportation , 2-3 bedrooms and most importantly a garden. I tried other realtors but every house I found on their listings had already been rented . I called Chiang Mai house and told them what I was looking for and 20 minutes later they called back with a possible rental.
