The luxury 801sq. m. house is situated on 3 rai and 57 sq. wah of land in a very safe peaceful area, but the real land size is rather larger as there is some extra land along the stream running through the garden that is not included in the deeds. There is a third floor under the roof of the house containing 3 1000 litre cold water tanks, and a 300 litre hot water tank connected to 3 solar panels on the roof and the pump distributing hot and cold water around the house. This ensures that water can still flow properly throughout the house even during a power cut.
